The Muse: Plumbing the Depths

Today was all about the depths, perhaps most literally because we finally got our toilet fixed, which has been almost a week in the making. The actual flushing lever wasn't working having become disengaged from the chain. Needless to say this past week hasn't been much fun in the bathroom. Perhaps being inspired by actually being able to use the toilet I also plumbed the depths of my closet and pulled out some lesser worn items, specifically this skirt and the necklace, which while they are both very fabulous tend not to flatter me. Ruffles only add girth and long necklaces don't work well with a big bust. Then I went to the North Providence Library, which used to have a pool/fountain under the stair and is next to the municipal pool, both of which could explain why it still smells oddly like chlorine. Then on the way home I stopped at Shore's Market. Okay maybe I'm stretching it with the water analogies now, then again maybe not.
