So thanks you very much to those who have been enquiring after my interview, it went well but I'm not overly confident. No worries about my outfit however, that was fabulous. In my experience however an interview that starts with, "Well I should tell you we have a very strong in house candidate,"never bodes well. So to get over a mild case of the blues I went shopping, that always helps right? Unfortunately all the consignment shop owners have escaped en masse to vacationland. So I ended up at the Providence Salvation Army in scorching heat right before they served dinner in the Freedom Hall next door. 88 degrees in a dressing room, I'm sure you can imagine how well that turned out. Upon reflection the polyester shirt and wool-blend walking shorts were a baaaad idea. Lets just say we're all lucky I'm still not stuck wearing them. When all was said and done I didn't even find anything. On the bright side however I improved my day vastly by going home and having dinosaur chicken nuggets and 'Gansett for dinner. Nothing can really seem bad when you have dinosaur chicken nuggets on your plate, and if it still does, well thats what the beer is for.
